Job Description
JOB SCOPE:
• Evaluate, create and develop Mercedes-Benz Customer Services (CS) Products to enhance Parts and Service Business.
• Market implementation and roll-out of Customer Services products and programs.
• Analyze existing Global Customer Services programs and initiatives, adopt to local market needs, and develop new local Customer Services products to enable authorized dealer network to improve parts and service performance.
• Steer the national Parts Trading Program (= Over the counter/ OTC) and supervise Parts Trading, Parts Pro market implementation and align Pricing for Parts Trading with related departments.
• Collaborate with marketing team to set up a communication strategy for Parts Trading and Customer Services Products.
• Report and Track all of the implemented CS programs and products.
• Cooperate and align with authorized dealer network.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing with relevant majors.
EXPERIENCES:
• Professional experience in automotive business environment.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in automotive After-Sales, preferably Parts wholesale/retail experience.
• Solid knowledge in parts and workshop service processes.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
• Positive, self-motivated and a team player with strong strategic thinking skills.
• Entrepreneurial, independent and customer dedicated oriented.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Project Management skills.
• Computer literacy in all standard programs.
• Good reporting and data analysis skills.
• Willingness to conduct extensive travel activities, nationwide.
• English proficiency at Common European Framework Reference (CEFR) scale “C1” (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 – 7, TOEFL 637 – 677).The evidence must be shown.
• Native in Thai language.
