YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Manager Digital Marketing Advance Analytics, are to: 

 

  • Provide the digital marketing strategy and execution teams with actionable insights to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing tactics and campaigns within digital media channels: email, search, banner/display, social;
  • Deep dive analytics and statistical modeling for, precision audience targeting, paid search keyword and bidding optimization, banner/display ad optimization, social media audience targeting and optimization;
  • Attribution modeling to optimize marketing spend across digital media channels;
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to design, execute, and analyze multivariate content/messaging tests using Statistical Design of Experiments to optimize marketing content/messaging;
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand strategy and tactics and ensure communication and activation of analytic driven insights to the team.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 2 years of full-time work experience in digital marketing analytics and optimization;
  • Experience and knowledge of Statistical regression models, Statistical Design of Experiments, and SQL;
  • Expertise with a statistical analysis platform such as SAS, R, or Python;
  • Experience measuring, mining, and generating insights from digital customer engagement data within digital channels: website, search, display, social, and email;
  • Experience creating a single view of the customer across all digital customer engagement channels and impression history;
  • An optimization mindset and experience in within channel digital media optimization: social, display, paid search keyword and bidding optimization, precision audience targeting models;
  • Experience with multivariate content/messaging testing and optimization;
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics;
  • Client focus and responsiveness;
  • Effective project management skills, as demonstrated by on-time delivery;
  • Focus on results with a passion for keeping up with media and technology trends;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize recommendation and insights.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Master degree;
  • Expertise in Machine Learning/AI methods/models;
  • Experience in U.S. Pharmaceutical industry.
