Senior Manager, Digital Platforms
Working with leading brands like Fairmont, Sofitel, Novotel and MGallery you will manage, train and support corporate, regional and property stakeholders on website Content Management Systems for Accor in North & Central America. You will play an integral role working with technology teams and agencies to optimize and implement features to drive the best performance on hotel and brand websites.

What you will be doing:
- Manage and create regional promotion pages to support marketing campaign and brand content
- Train and support corporate, regional and property stakeholders on website content requirements and the Content Management Systems (e.g. Ektron CMS, Wordpress, etc.)
- Monitor requests and questions from hotel teams and forward to internal stakeholders as needed
- Assist with providing corporate teams and technology feedback on digital enhancements to Accor and Brand websites booking engines
- Follow up with Technology teams to prioritize, QA and implement site changes and enhancements using established protocols
- Liaise with regional colleagues, global teams in Paris, agencies including translation vendor and external content support agency as needed
- Support new hotel openings integration onto Accor websitesMaximize the performance of paid search, metasearch and SEO channels in the region
Your experience and skills include:
- Strategic and tactical planning for website design
- Excellent knowledge of website content management systems, especially Ektron, Wordpress
- Travel industry online marketing and distribution experience
- Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization
- Professional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
- Experience/knowledge of web development languages and methods
- Four year degree from an accredited university in e-Commerce, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field
- Knowledge of French and/or Spanish considered an asset
Your team and working environment:
- Based at the North & Central America Regional Office in Toronto, Ontario, this position is part of the NCA Regional eCommerce & Digital team
