Provide digital marketing support to Partnership Distribution on digital initiatives in a timely manner with quality delivery

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute Digital Marketing strategies in maximizing opportunities in penetrating Partnership Distribution partner’s customers base, including up-selling or cross-selling to drive sales via omni channels 
  • Recommend design of customer journey on digital platforms and solutions by capitalizing on modernized technology to enhance customer engagement capabilities 
  • Leverage technologies and collaborate with offline distribution channels and different business units to drive Marketing campaigns to be in line with the proposition defined for target segments to ensure right fit between product, customer needs and growth goals
  • Effective online sales funnel management - from driving awareness to consideration, application completion and conversion.  Reduce drop-offs and improve conversion with re-target and remarketing activities.
  • Deliver strong marketing communication in engaging partner’s customers and or new customers onto digital platform that maximize opportunities, drive penetration of designated product mix backed by analytics, and to uplift channel productivity
  • Leverage customer touchpoints in AIA HK’s and/or partner’s digital ecosystem, to trigger communication that drive purchase behavior backed by customers’ digital behaviour and analytics
  • Deliver effective marketing and communication plan to achieve efficiency, including but not limit to cost per click, cost per acquisition, and achieve business KPIs include click through rate, response rate and conversion rate and leads generation etc.
  • Ongoing monitoring of site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, leverage AIA and /or partners digital media including social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
  • Measure, analyze and optimize on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Integrate content programs with marketing (direct marketing, retargeting, remarketing) activities to drive the leads generation, conversion and engagement.
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
  • Manage creative agency or third-party vendor to produce quality content that meet with requirements, within budget and in timely manner
  • Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University / College graduate plus minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • Creative mind set
  • Customer centricity mindset
  • Experience in driving online sales preferred
  • Basic understanding of digital tools and online media
  • High proficiency in written English and Chinese
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good timeline management skill
  • Obtain relevant license if job involves in regulated activities
