Job Description

Objective of Job
The objective is to drive and lead the enhancement of digital platforms and tools / processes Incl. e-Contract Management, e-Retention, e-CRM, e-Community, Reporting or other Retention related DFS digital Websites both in China and in multiple markets – The goal is to drive CSI, DSI and profitability by creating benchmark digital experiences and efficiencies ultimately leading to simplifying customer and stakeholders experiences. Improving internal process by creating digital efficiencies & driving change management is the core focus of this position. The position will serve as a centre of competence within the framework of the global CPPO organization in close relationship with our sister Digital Solution Centre.
Task Description
The person is responsible for the planning, development & execution of digital retention and customer relationship Management including:
- Lead Integration from BMBS Shopping portals (Web, App, WeChat) into Insight & display in OTR
- Advanced Messaging Services for Digital Marketing
- Insight Outbound call/direct approach initiative
Plus Post-Sales Strategy for dealers, customers & 3rd Party Services (digitizing touchpoints for all dealer, customer and 3rd party stakeholders Including;
- Built & Manage One Portal for all MBFS externals (dealers & other externals e.g. collection Agents etc.)
- Real-time S&M Dealer Reporting
- WS / Floorplan Management for Dealers etc.
