Senior Manager, Education Clinical Consulting Services Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI)

In this role, you have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of patients and healthcare workers daily through your management of Application Consultants nationwide focused on our diagnostic informatics products.

You are responsible for (but not limited to) :

  • Oversee the clinical education and consulting activities for EDI RI products

  • Accurately forecast and report business results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, tracking & reporting on team utilization and ensure projects are on-time and on budget

  • their goals

  • Ensure the delivery of clinical education events and consulting services meet or exceed company standards and customer expectations. Directs business /process changes driven by data

  • Participate in New Product Introductions and workforce planning

  • Assure business metrics are reported and be able to effectively translate business results to manpower modeling to meet forecasted AOP

  • Build a strong team of highly knowledgeable, motivated and dedicated individuals through staff development and sound hiring practices

  • Provides leadership for cross-functional cooperation and optimum service delivery, through improved processes, automation, technology and organizational development across Philips departments and business to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

  • Lead and/or participate in continuous lean process improvement to ensure efficiency gains in clinical education process

You are a part of EDI Solutions Services reporting to the Market Leader of EDI Education Clinical Consulting Services & ICAP NA E2E. You will manage a US based team of 30 Application Consultants.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Must have proven record of strong Leadership, managing teams, preferably a virtual team remotely

  • Must have experience in healthcare imaging, preferred Radiology Informatics/PACS. Backgrounds in technology, clinical or training will be strongly considered. Experience working in a radiology environment with the ability to prioritize clinical customer requirements for the purpose of implementation of a Healthcare IT solution

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred (Healthcare , IT, Technical, Imaging Clinical),

  • 10+ years related experience and/or equivalent related experience/education in a medical or Healthcare IT-related industry

  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification a plus.

  • Understanding of business compliance regulations (SOX, HIPAA, NEMA, FDA) required.

  • Experience implementing methodologies (LEAN, PMP, etc.) to Create Innovative strategies for with regards to financial productivity and customer satisfaction
