Responsibilities:
 

• Identify suitable industries, develop and execute client development plans; manage and execute client admission process including but not limit to applicant pipeline generation, due diligence analysis, direct client relationship management and collaboration activities management;
• Develop an electronics manufacturing ecosystem with relevant technology and value chain; develop and implement support services for partners on HKSTP’s premises in collaboration with the external industrial partners, internal clusters and platforms teams in HKSTP;
• Develop, formulate and execute business and market development plans with appropriate strategies, goals and objectives on reindustrialization in HKSTP’s perspective;
• Drive and manage business collaborations and support services to assist HKSTP’s partners / clients;
• Prepare marketing materials for promotion of HKSTP’s initiatives and contribute to the overall industrial estate positioning and strategy;
• Engage in organizing and managing group business development activities such as trade shows, study mission and/or exchanges with partner companies / organizations;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 
Requirements: 

• Possession of a Bachelor degree in technology, engineering or related area; candidates with electronic manufacturing or postgraduate qualification would be an advantage;
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in manufacturing, business development and management of key accounts, with at least 5 years’ at sales and marketing or product management; candidate with experience in technical R&D management, factory establishment, or management are preferable;
• Demonstrated solid marketing and account management experiences in industries;
• Good attitude, strong team player and can demonstrate ability to motivate and work with others;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
