The Expert House head for PRS 1 is responsible for service delivery for Digital Industry automation/ drive/motors products to meet the Service Delivery KPI and to generate the service business from Installed based created in the market. Key Area of responsibility Lead the team of service engineer (Own & Third Party) to meet the service delivery KPI in Field Service, Service contract etc. Harness the install based to generate the service business from the market (Spares/ Retrofit/ AMC/ Digital Service). To Generate a pull effect in the market for Siemens Digital Industry product by ensuring good service support. Product service support & escalation handling to meet the quality objective. How do you qualify for the role? 1) Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or Electronics 2) Good in-depth knowledge of Siemens Automation & Drive products. 3) Long term experience in Services for Automation & Drive products. 4) Understanding of specific of Maintenance and manufacturing in Industry verticals. 5) Good Leadership skill, Networking and communication skill desired with a clear focus on very high customer satisfaction.
