Responsibilities:
To plan and supervise the implementation of social media strategy for building a positive brand image of the URA and communicating compelling and consistent URA’s messages on the social media platform
To provide content direction and strategy to the social media team for the development of engaging and creative contents across different channels
To oversee the social media team and the service provider in closely monitoring the social media platforms for mentioning of the URA and related public sentiments for alerting the senior management for appropriate action as and when necessary
To oversee the design and production of all materials for external communication including newsletter, touching stories, leaflets/flyers, URA websites, URA blog, newspaper advertorials and corporate video to enhance high quality and effective communication of URA messages
To act as the Editor of the Annual Report content for consistency in messages and image
To oversee the maintenance and regular update of the corporate website
Requirements:
Degree holder, preferably in Communication/Journalism/Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with track record of which 6 years in a supervisory position
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese; editorial experience preferred
Experience in social media strategy setting and execution is a must with good knowledge of social media best practices, trends and technologies
Good knowledge of media production in print, video and multi-media
Good knowledge of website development, maintenance and management
Preferably with good knowledge of urban renewal and housing issues of Hong Kong
