Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage a team to implement Education and Extension Programme for reaching out to the public to cultivate a better understanding of URA’s mission and work as well as to promote a positive image of the URA
- To plan and manage the programmes of the Urban Renewal Exploration Centre, and supervise the contribution of related contents to URA’s social media platforms to ensure messages are communicated with a positive image projected
- To plan and manage the implementation as well as the on-going development of Community Service Partnership Scheme, a platform for collaboration with universities and NGOs to serve the underprivileged groups in the old districts through volunteer services
- To develop the strategy for oUR Amazing Kid Band (Kid Band), one of the URA’s signature community programmes for children and supervise the team in the management of the Kid Band
- To oversee the implementation of the Arts and Cultural Partnership Programme and other URA’s art initiatives / events
Requirements:
- Degree holder in public relations, promotion and marketing programmes
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 5 years in a managerial position
- Creative and resourceful in event / programme planning and management
- Good written and verbal communication skills including Putonghua
