Manage the annual IT budgets of purchasing, provide reporting and analysis

Lead the IT Finance team to fulfill the requirements including IT PR/PO processing, IT invoice management, IT procurement and sourcing, IT purchasing contract management, as well as ensuring efficient procedures, reporting and controls are in place

Identify IT areas to effectively manage costs, lower financial risks and to maximize value

Accountable to ensure contracts are reviewed for commercial, legal, technical requirements as per the current policies and manages list of contracts for on time renewal

Ensure vendor outstanding payables are managed, documented, processed, filed and reported per the current policies and

Ensure procurement of IT equipment is processed and managed effectively

Maintain close relationships with other departments to foster strategic relationships

Work with local and global IT teams to implement corporate purchasing initiative for SCL

Abide to company rules and regulations

Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or Finance

8 – 10 years’ working of experience, 4 – 5 years’ experience in related area, 6 – 8 years’ experience in Managerial Level

Have a high degree of integrity and business ethics, and strong leadership competencies

Excellent organizational skills to perform multiples tasks simultaneously

Work independently and possess outstanding negotiation skills and commercial acumen

Very strong communication, influencing and problem solving skills

Have a high sense of urgency and adapt to change quickly; be able to work under pressure

Fluent in English and Cantonese, Basic in Cantonese preferred

Proficiency in MS Office Automation (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Knowledge in Ariba system is an advantage

Familiar with IT processes, policies and procedures

Sound knowledge in financial planning, costing and forecasting

Sound knowledge on contract renewal processes and familiar with IT products and services
