Objectives:
- Lead, monitor and review activities in FA function including formulating financial policies, directing preparation of financial and management accounts, ensuring legal compliances, monitoring and controlling cash management, negotiating with banks and managing financial resources to support management and business decision making. Implement corporate policies and strategies in HR to develop and review policies to ensure effective HR operations that support a safe, productive and pleasant working environment for employee and support overall business target.
Main Task:
- Responsible for all aspects of Finance and Controlling of the legal entity.
- Acting as the Finance and Controlling business partner to improve the profitability of the legal entity and enabling the respective parties to constantly strive for P&L, BS, working capital and Cash Flow improvements.
- Responsible for organizing and improving relevant systems such as financial management, business accounting, checking, auditing and etc, supervising implementation of each system; strengthen management and supervise FA department, urging financial staffs’ behaviour consistent with the financial system (incl. providing accurate information for management team to enable adequate and timely decision making process).
- Responsible for managing working capital. Optimizing financing bank strategy according to company’s capital operating situation, striving for loan in order to meet the requirement of working capital and financing, working out forecasting and reporting of cash flow to support business.
- Responsible for organizing and editing annual plan (annual budgeting process) according to the overall short/medium/long-term strategy target; checking, supervising and evaluating actual operating situation regularly, meanwhile providing operating report to management team timely.
- Responsible for managing and arranging daily financial cost accounting, termly edit and check all annually, quarterly and monthly financial statements, besides this, relevant financial target plan (include monthly costing, profitability, cashflow, expense etc.) and annual accounting closing work should also be done well. All these works should be done to meet the requirements of accounting, tax, law and inner management.
- Formulate and manage credit control system, setting credit limited amount together with sales department, efficiently manage customer credit risk and reinforce managing receivable account.
- Edit efficient financial analysis system, thus can immediately provide information to management team which include gross profit, cost and expense control, meantime assistant company to achieve the goal by adjusting the operating strategy and direction.
- Responsible for supervising audit work.
- Supervise company daily executive work.
- Coordinate the communication for both internal and external of the plant.
- Assigned as the Contact for Crisis Management.
- Responsible for department EHS relevant job.
- Complete other related ad-hoc task assigned by mangers in time.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or financial management related majors.
- Technical & Professional knowledge:
- Min. 10 years in Finance/Controlling environment ideally in a team leadership role.
- Proficiency in China accounting standard and international financial reporting standard.
- Strong controlling business partner skills (analytical skills).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
