职责描述

  • Understand, develop, apply, and coach employees on our culture of Market Based Management®.
  • Ensure team is connected to the overall Vision of how this team creates value for the enterprise, both now and in the future, as the team grows and develops additional HR capabilities.
  • Lead and develop a team focused on providing and expanding HR operations services to existing Koch customers
  • Create a game plan to centralize HR operations services for all other businesses in the designated geographic areas
  • Ensure Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) practices are adopted, and the processes and procedures are documented and kept current (knowledge articles) to sustain HR services delivery
  • Ensure that appropriate key metrics (KPIs) are in place to measure overall performance against pre-defined SLAs
  • Build a culture of customer centric and implement customer satisfaction survey program to capture VOC in order to continuously drive positive consumer experience
  • Build a culture of flawless execution and continuous improvement, equip the team with proper tools and skills to improve HR processes efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other KBS HR Solutions leaders in or outside of APAC region to share best practices, innovation opportunities and overall process and tool improvements
  • Create the strategy and program to engage and communicate with key stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) of HR process workstreams and have capability to drive country-wide process optimization and standardization

  • Ensure compliance with all standards, regulations, policies, guidelines, laws, and practices in delivery of HR solutions
  • Accountable to ensure we have the right talent on the team to deliver results towards the vision with a focus on the future and expanding HRS offerings where profitable.
  • Ensure services delivery meet or exceed our customer and consumer expectations. Drive the changes that will improve the "consumer experience".
  • Focus on areas to reduce waste and eliminate unnecessary cost in our delivery of services.
  • Ensure we are making progress as individuals and as teams in our application of MBM paying close attention to adoption of the new vision and guiding principles

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree with fluent English capability
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a HR shared service organization or a minimum of 10 years of HR management experience with strength in process management and customer relationship
  • Good at communicating with all levels of an organization and influencing key stakeholders
  • Good at selecting, coaching and developing a team of professional employees
  • Project management and Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
  • Exposure to HR transformational initiatives or leading OCM effort is a plus
  • Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and other collaboration tools)
