Job Description:
- To lead and develop the business analyst team
- To analyze the company’s business requirements and establish a bridge / alignment between business and IT for proper solutions
- To develop the business requirement specification for software development and implementation by internal IT teams or external software suppliers
- To act as design authority of IT project, manage user requirements and work on the architecture design with business manager and project manager
- To provide support in the areas of IT strategic planning and architecture design
- To conduct research and impact analysis studies for emerging new technologies and new solutions to support the business growth
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information System or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken / written English and Chinese
- At least five years working experiences in IT application systems development, analysis and design
- Experience in IT project management will be advantageous
- Experiences of development and planning in IT strategy and architecture will be advantageous
- Skillful in developing and writing business requirement documents
- Strong business awareness, analytical and problem solving ability
- Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
