Objective of job
•Key Account tasks for IT production area of plants and joint venture partners
•Consulting of IT area and training & know-how transfer to IT areas of plants and joint venture partners
•Manage OP and Budget processes in plants and support OP and Budget processes betwenn JVs and german CoCs to ensure consistent planning
•Lead the team “Demand Management / Service Operation” and Keep with joint ventures (JV) like BBAC, BFDA a leading role within IT Mercedes-Benz for
-IO tasks (IT Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, ID Management, Contract Management,
Demand Management, Project & Program Management etc.)
-Agreed support for all CoCs in Demand Management, Program Management, Contract Management,
Quality Management / Continous Improvement
•First Contact and Representation of the German CoC’s at the JV side
•Support and coordinate OP and Budget processes within ITP/CJ

•IT JV Contract Management and Demand Management
-Definition of contract types, implementation model /approach and timeline
-Support Contract Management within JVs. Coordinate alignment meetings of Legal,
Tax, and IT Departments from Germany.
-Manage Service agreements with Daimler CoCs/ ITI
-Preparation of contract sigh-off
-Review of provided services /required licenses in period eligible for invoicing and
alignment with BBAC and other JVs
-Support invoicing
-Collect Payments
-Maintain overview and tracking the status of each contract and agreement
-Demand Management Process, Template, Tool Definition and Optimization
-PSI and Pipeline Managment
-Offer Quotation and price negociation with BBAC
•IT for Shanghai Remanufacture plant
-Manage OP and budget processing for IT area
-Manage all IT demands and projects from logist, production, finance and accounting in plant
-Ensure stable operation and service for all IT systems
-Enalbe implementation of standard service operational process
-Creation/maintenance of Information Classification in the plant
•JV Project & Program Management
-Keep an overview of running global IT project in BBAC
-Regular project meeting with JV and CoC

-Consolidate Information from Enterprise Architects from CoC/ITT
-Support and align EAM roadmap with BBAC
-Conduct EA compliance check in demand management
