Job Description:
- Accountable for the ongoing development and support of the Company's IT
supported systems, directly deal with system / solution providers and system
integrators to maintain high systems availability and performance
- Lead the enterprise application team in all matters pertaining to enterprise application
(ERP systems, Data Warehouse Systems, Workflow Systems etc.) services including
change, incident / problem, SLA, performance, application lifecycle, system
implementation, upgrade & management
- To interact with end-users and other IT teams to perform requirements analysis,
functional & technical analysis, system design, implementation & development
- To manage team resources for operations and project activities
- To perform ongoing process / procedure improvement / enhancement in response to
audit recommendation, quality control requirement, ITIL requirements and
ISO20000/27001 compliance
- To produce regular management and KPI reports
- Act as a project manager for various project activities
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science / Information Technology /
Information System or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese
- 5 years of experience or above in managing IT application systems, data
management with 3 years at supervisory or managerial level
- Good technical skill and knowledge in business analysis, system design and
development
- Good knowledge of data warehouse, big data systems.
- Good project management, team leadership and management skill
- Strong ability to manage suppliers and stakeholders
- Knowledge in ISO20000/27001, CMMI is an advantage
