This role is to lead the insurance sales governance across the business lines within Insurance Department – Life Insurance, General Insurance & MPF across the distribution channels in the bank.  He/she will be the key contact to work with risk stewards (e.g. Compliance) and the distribution channels to implement the compliance & regulatory changes for the Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the insurance related compliance and regulatory changes under Insurance Department, in collaboration with key stakeholders and business partners
• Responsible for the design and updates of the insurance end-to-end sales/ referral processes & MPF referral process, with proper procedure documentation and training
• Lead the sales quality initiatives but not limited to Mystery Shopping Program, Post-sales quality controls
• Oversee the insurance licensing and CPD management
• Handle Customer Complaints under Insurance Department
• Provide after sales supports of the application process

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 8 years’ in insurance related experience, incumbent with experience in bancassurance is an added advantage
• Solid experience in designing the referral / sales process model; dealing with insurance regulatory projects and sales quality works
• Possesses good understanding of business dynamics related to bancassurance with a good sense in business and quality controls
• Possess HKSI (Paper 1, 7, 8) and IIQAS (Paper 1, 2, 3, 5) qualifications
• Qualification in FLMI, ANZII / ACII, CFP will be an added advantage
• Strong in leadership skills and a good team player
• Open-minded and proactive
