Insurance Operations and Projects team is diving Operation Process Transformation with objectives to improve operations efficiency & quality, tighten control to minimize risk and enable resources reshuffling to accelerate sales.  The incumbent will join the team and responsible to identify and delivery initiatives driven by transformation, corporate and business needs.

Responsibilities : 

• Work with relevant stakeholders to understand existing operation practice, identify pain points, operation risk and design to-be process to address the issues and improve efficiency & quality
• Plan, prioritize, implement and evaluate the operation improvement initiatives
• Work with technical team to deliver system initiatives, engage in development cycles including project planning, requirement elicitation, solution formulation, UAT execution, pre and post implementation support.
• Standardize procedure model and document practical operation manual & guideline
• Facilitate regular communication across insurance teams to maintain on-going improvement momentum
• Back up insurance operations in needed situations or contingency

 Qualification : 

• University degree graduate in any discipline
• 5 – 10 years working experience of insurance business
• Qualified FIMI is an advantage
• Candidate with at least 5 years additional experience in project delivery of operational, process and / or system initiatives can be considered as Senior Manager
• Proficiency at Microsoft office including and not limited to Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
• Life & General Insurance knowledge and administration system development experience are advantages
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Manager
