A well-known Real Estate conglomerate in Hong Kong is currently seeking a Senior Manager (Leasing) to manage their Shopping and Retail portfolio in Hong Kong.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills:

• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Surveying, or property related disciplines
• 12+ years of experience in leasing & marketing, asset enhancement for Commercial and Retail properties from Developer or Agencies
• Familiar with pre-opening works and oversee leasing team on all matters from leasing agreements to shop layouts and reviewing of tenant contracts in Hong Kong
• Responsible with marketing campaigns and creating effective leasing strategies
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Those immediately available will be highly preferred
