One of the leading Developers is currently seeking Senior Manager/ Manager  to assist with their Mixed-Use buildings on their project team.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree in Architecture or relevant
• 10+ years working experience with Developers overseeing Hotel, Residential and Commercial projects in Hong Kong or China
• Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will be responsible with overseeing projects from inception to completion and coordination with clients, vendors and contractors
• Good communication skill in Chinese and English
• Those immediately available will be highly preferred
