Responsibilities:

Be responsible for total Event Marketing operation including:

• Event marketing strategy and idea creation
• Clients pitching and services/management 
• Event planning and operation, 3rd party contractors selection and management 
• Staff supervision & training
• New business development
• Taking charge of proposal preparation and project pitches
• Coordinate with internal parties, external vendors and sub-contractors
• Develop & manage project budgets in accordance to clients' needs

 Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
• At least 5 years experiences in Event Marketing and Management
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Familiar with related IT system and AV installations for event operation
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, initiative and responsible 
• Able to work independently and under pressure 
• Great team player
• Team leader and P&L management experiences
