We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to design, formulate, implement, monitor, track and optimize digital ecosystem, social media and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, portfolio performance and lead generation. 

Key responsibilities are outlined below:- 

Responsibilities: 

• Collect market intelligence to differentiate HKSTP’s advantages, define market segments, develop impactful portfolio marketing strategies and manage the overall campaign performance against agree-upon metrics
• Orchestrate digital marketing campaigns that are engaging and innovative to achieve business goals, enhance corporate visibility and build advocacy
• Manage social & digital engagement channels & platforms to optimize traffics; integrate trends & insights with the overall SEO/SEM, social and content strategies to create synergy and amplification
• Lead UX/UI design with internal teams and agency partners on marketing initiatives and provide expertise inputs for other business units
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, Language, Business or other related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of well-rounded marketing experience, preferably gained in sizable / MNC / technology companies or international agency experience, preferably as a Digital Strategist or Data & Insights Director. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
• Comprehensive knowledge in digital performance analytics & A/B testing and experience in managing multiple digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat, Twitter etc. is a definite advantage
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and project management skills
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Analytical, go-getting, multi-tasking, collaborative and proactive individual
