Our client is one of the leading real estate developers in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for a seasoned and high-calibre Senior Leasing Manager to join their team of retail in an innovative and open working environment.

Reporting to the Department Head, you will

• Supervise and lead the retail leasing team in full cycle of leasing function for their upcoming and existing signature shopping malls portfolio and tenant mix
• Implement of market positioning and leasing strategies to achieve maximum outcome and revenue of the portfolio
• Interact with prospective and existing clients on new lettings
• Supervise and manage all tenancy renewals and rent reviews
• Identify and negotiate new leasing opportunities

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Professionally qualified in General Practice Surveying (HKIS) or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ experiences in retail leasing with Developers/ Agency environment, with previous international exposure would be an asset
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service focus
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Chinese
