Objectives of the position
- Streamline the brand & product strategy from HQ for MB & Maybach
- Develop the specific creative concept for all the communications across national level in terms of in-market brand & product strategy
- Explore & develop the business partnership/sponsorship opportunities in line with global strategy
- Steering the communication team on executing the communications & alternative communications projects for MB & Maybach
- Quality control of the brand presence & CI compliance for MB & Maybach
- Ensure the media buy efficiency & effectiveness for MB & Maybach
- Implement MCG Regional Strategy China
- Proactively initiate projects / create ideas to enhance brand visibility of MB & Maybach and to support sales
- Build up and maintain comprehensive communications database (e.g. celebrities, agencies, etc.)
Tasks
1. Streamline the brand & product strategy from HQ
2. Develop the specific brand/product strategy for MB & Maybach at national level across China
3. Develop individual creative concept for different product line for MB & Maybach
4. Develop the guideline & toolbox for MB brand CI
5. Develop the concept/creaetive for the in-market CRM activities (e.g. Golf events) & sponsorship events (e.g. ATP)
6. Quality & production control on all the literature materials
7. Budget review on all the communication & alternative communications expenses
