Responsibilities
- Define product strategy for FLOSEAL and understand its current market position within the flowable segment
- Define product strategy for TACHOSIL and understand its current market position within the advanced patch segment
- Understand competitive landscape and determine strategies to maximize market share
- Determine local product launch plans including go-to-market strategies
- Define market development strategy and identification of key adoption barriers
- Establish relationships with thought leaders and key opinion leaders
- Qualitative Analysis, market segmentation, and pricing strategies
- Understand unmet needs of Hospital Administrators and decision makers; work with IDN team to establish messaging and develop promotional resources
- Monthly demand forecasting; creation, review and approval of promotional resources utilizing Zinc; day-to-day product management activities
- Collaborate with IDN Team, Global Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, R&D, Market Access, and Regulatory
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders
- Integrated communication strategies with campaign development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to interpersonal and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior cross-functional audiences
- Positive attitude with a relentless drive for optimal results
- Can-do approach to all challenges, big and small, and effective in use of time and organizational resources
- Effective even in highly-ambiguous situations
- Accountable and self-aware
Education and/or Experience
- BS/BA required with five to eight years of experience in Marketing, MBA strongly preferred
- Healthcare/Medical Device industry experience strongly preferred
