Key points and objectives of the position
NEV Charging Operation Management is to
1) Initiate, steer and monitor NEV related cross-functional topics are properly addressed to support NEV sales;
2) Develop and ensure best in class charging operation and servicabiliy to support NEV sales.

Main tasks
1. Continuously review charging strategy from retail & customers’ demand pointof view
- Monitor market feedback, industry trend and competitor status to understand customer needs
- Review and create mid to long term charging strategy to facilitate future NEV sales
- Collaborate with stakeholders for strategy implementation
2. Mercedes-Benz charging service operation management
- Monitor overall charging operation for performance management & service improvenenet,
- Provide charging services operation, Q&A and training to internal and external roll-out
- Monitor and continuous improvement of customer charging journey
3. Home charging
- Daily monitor, ensure and troubleshoot home charging operation and future improvement
- Ensure home charging service coverage in sales terrirtory with good service quality
- Ensure home charging features serviceability in MB frontends
4. Public charging
- Daily monitoring, ensure and troubleshoot public charging operation
- Ensure public charging features serviceability in MB frontends
- MB recommended charging station logic definition and identification
- CPOs integration in MB backend front-end for customer experience enhancement
5. Destination charging
1) Branded charging station
- Monitor utilization and ensure serviceability of charging station at defined bradned locations
2) New charging business model
- Implementation of new and sustainable branded charging business models with CPOs and land lord
3) Charge@Retail
- Moitor and ensure serviceability of charging stations in dealers
- Charge@Retail requirement and strategy development fit for further EQ models
6. Emergency Charging
- Monitor and ensure serviceability of mobile charging services as an integral to RSA
- Evaluation and identification of new mobile charging solution
7. Butler
- Ensure successful launch and monitor serviceability of butler charging service
- Further evaluation and execusion of service cooperation with competitive suppliers
8. Reporting
- Generate regular and ad-hoc report of charging operation status
- Ensure Charging Dashboard and data quality
