Team Lead for General Insurance PA & Non PA underwriting risk selection, overall New Business Underwriting Operational Planning & strategy, Risk/Compliance/Audit Compliance , Business Lead for Project managements/reporting & Staff developments.1.Assist Department and Section head to oversee and manage the underwriting portfolio. Maintain department’s set service standards, which include review and approves cases within Underwriting Authority limit and recommend to HOD or Senior Management underwriting decision beyond own underwriting limit.
2. Oversea overall administration and supervision staffs planning and organizing and implementation of work processes to meet departmental benchmark for all distribution channels.
3. To review work process and workflow to improve staff’s productivity efficiency, TAT, timely debtor account clearance and accuracy benchmark set by the department.
4. To ensure continuous compliance of regulations/procedures set for New Business Department.
5. To handle enquiries and campaign from product marketing, Call center internal and external and maintain good working relationship.
6. To perform other responsibilities and duties this may be assigned from time to time by HOD/Section head to meet operational and/or other requirements
7. To identify and develop successor planning for staffs by expand talent pools.
