Job Description
SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Occupier Consulting, the Senior Manager will be experienced at driving excellence in strategy development, analysis, and client service. This multi-disciplinary position will support the Occupier Consulting practice in China and build consensus within other service lines (e.g. Workplace Strategy, Transaction Management). In direct support of Advisory & Transaction (A&T) department's Win, Keep, Grow philosophy, the main functions of this role include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Client Advisory Deliverables and Analyses:

a.Create, develop, and maintain industrial site selection analyses that support strategic decisions by industrial occupier clients
b.Operate Excel-based models that analyze real estate scenarios and prepare presentations that articulate strategic recommendations
c.Document and communicate real estate strategies to clients
d.Deliverables include site selection analyses, due diligence, and market studies
e.Support analyses relating to office portfolio planning assignments as required

1.Client Pursuit Strategy Development: support the development and implementation of specific client development strategies for key A&T targets across China to further the Occupier Consulting practice.

1.Client / Competitor Intelligence: developing and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends in major industry sectors and intelligence about key client targets. Developing and maintaining a clear line of sight on competitor activity, strengths, and weaknesses.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.One-off Strategic Initiatives: contribute to strategic initiatives of A&T to drive the growth and profitability of the business line.

1.Thought Leadership: support thought leadership publications to increase CBRE branding and exposure.
