#### Position Description:


• Work with the Group Controller to develop and execute strategic goals and
oversee high profile initiatives
• Design and execute on improvements to organization operation, find knowledge
and skills gaps and help address them
• Improve processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized
efficiency and productivity

#### Position Requirements:


• 5-10 years of working experience in finance, operation and project
management in multinational company
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form, in English and Chinese
• Experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Experienced in interacting with senior executives will be a plus
• A drive to succeed and ability to travel
