- Lead focused initiatives to document and improve processes across Group & BU Operations (e.g. complaints handling)- Support Group projects and initiatives as a process specialist – including Customer Experience (CX) transformation initiatives
- Participate in focused sprints as Scrum Master
- Create and maintain a knowledge library to organize and document Best Practices for Operations KPIs across all Business Units (BUs)
Responsibilities
- Work with Operations and other key stakeholders to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs
- Clearly articulate and document business requirements and process improvement opportunities; document the as-is and the to-be processes
- Coordinate project delivery by participating in reviews and walk-throughs to communicate business requirements and validate proposed solutions
- Proactively work with business, data and technical workstreams within Group and local business units (BUs)
- Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands
- Scrum Master and Project Manager responsibilities on key initiatives, as required
- Actively contribute to the Community of Practice for Ops Process Excellence
- Engage with BUs to understand initiatives and how they will deliver against strategic objectives
Knowledge, Abilities, Skills
- Operations SME with at least 5 years' experience in the Insurance industry and a process role
- Experience in operations, transformation and life insurance domain is preferred
- Fluent spoken and written English required
- Strong demonstrated teamwork skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience delivering within an Agile environment; Scrum master certification a plus
- Experience in Project Management; certification a plus
