Run the Privileged ID operations function to secure PIDs across all AIA countries

Job Description

• Identify and document long term strategic improvements for Privileged ID operations function to reduce risk, introduce automation and reduce manual activities
• Review existing controls, identify gaps and drive remediation programs to ensure all PIDs are sufficiently controlled.
• Manage the PID operations team to develop a culture of zero error, security first, while also meeting service level agreements.
• Have detailed knowledge of and keep up to date with industry best practices to ensure the function is inline with other insurance and FIs.
• Maintain accurate and up to date process, procedure and other documents at all times, clearly identifying controls. Ensure all team members are fully aware of all content and have regular knowledge refresh.
• Ensure PID operations roadmap is in-line with IAM tool uplift projects, while also influencing the project to deliver operational requirements
• Ensure audit readiness at all times, reviewing logs, controls and documentation.
• Identify future operating model for PID operations with expansion plans to cater for any business growth or project requirements
• Ensure all team members are fully trained in existing and future toolsets
• Work alongside the security location head to encourage engagement, reduce silos and ensure compliance to local and group policies

Job Requirements

Education – Degree in IT/Security

Experience – Min 8 years InfoSec, extensive working experience of Identity & Access specializing in Privileged ID management, expert in Service/Operations improvement. Management of a team. Technical knowledge of IAM tools such as CyberArk, Sailpoint

Certifications/licenses – CISSP/ CISM/ CRISC/ ITIL.
