Lead the team to provide best-in-class operations service platform for business partners

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to provide quality case advisory service to accelerate closing of new business, POS and claims submission
• Identify needs of selected business partners/ segments; design and provide customized operations support
• Liaise, monitor and enhance service quality of Contact Centre and other partner operations enquiry platform
• Liaise, monitor and enhance service quality of Wealth Select Centre to fit the needs of PD partners
• Manage the design and execution of compensation including tactical program for business partners
• Drive implementation and communication of operations guidelines for business partners to ensure regulatory and inhouse operations compliance
• Drive implementation and communication of operations initiatives to support business growth
• Identify improvement areas and drive implementation to ease operations processes for business partners
• Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
• Take up ad hoc projects and assignments
• Drive people development and foster performance driven culture

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University/College graduate with 10 years’ relevant working experiences with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong organizing and management skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
