PABCO is a 100% MFTBC-owned body builder and has a significant business impact for MFTBC in Japan. The task is to develop PABCO into the competence center for bodies by production and sales. As part of increasing PABCO's profitability and transformation of the overall company, the newly created Product Engineering function is part of PABCO’s Board of Management and has the following tasks:
-- Translate customer requirements into solutions offerings considering the entire vehicle
- Enhance the development team to renew PABCO’s product portfolio considering sustainability & upcoming changes in propulsion technologies
- Ensure full compliance of R&D processes
- Establish capabilities for entire vehicle including simulation
- Ensure full documentation & enable digitalization of PABCO's operations based on BOM
- Achieve ambitious technical cost saving targets

Considering the NPP development cycles we are looking for a candidate willing to give a longer term commitment from design to ramp up.
