Our client is one of the leading main contractors in Hong Kong. Its portfolio covers government jobs, residential, commercial, highway & bridge works in Hong Kong. 

To support their awarded projects, they are hiring a Senior Manager/ Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager/ Senior Engineer/ Engineer to look after the site and construction management. 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure construction progress, quality, budget and time.
• To ensure the construction works comply with the contract documentations and contracts drawings.
• Monitor and advise on construction planning, programme and workmanship.
• Conduct site inspections on contractor’s work to ensure the quality of works, safety and environmental precaution measures carried out in compliance with the contract document and statutory regulations.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Degree in Building / Engineering / Construction Management/ Architectural Studites/ Building Services Engineering/ Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ in building / construction industry
• Good leadership, site management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
