Responsibilities:

• To lead team members in driving effective and strategic facility management and leasing of the Authority’s properties and community facilities
• To formulate and monitor facility management and leasing strategies, plans and implementation of facility upgrade, BIM-FM and other technology applications, FM service providers and related support to integrate with leasing and placemaking functions of the Authority’s projects and properties
• To implement BIM related projects, coordinate with other departments to promote BIM-FM to the Authority’s projects
• To oversee the appointment and performance of property/facility managers, maintenance contractors, consultants and agents for the Authority’s properties

Requirements:

• Degree holder, or equivalent, and professional membership in Surveying / Engineering / Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience with at least 8 years’ managerial experience in leasing, property/facility management, land administration and commercial operations
• Up-to-date development experience, commercial market knowledge and BIM related work experience are pre-requisites.
