Our Client is a Global Luxury Retail Group with an established reputation for their high quality and uniqueness. Today they are recognised as one of the industry leaders; they are currently seeking a Senior Manager Quantity Surveyor to join their Hong Kong team.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced senior level QS professional to join an international renowned brand working on unique and high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of high calibre Quantity Surveyors
• Using a pragmatic commercial approach to provide advice on all aspects of costing, feasibility studies, comparative design studies and cash flow forecasting
• Coordinate and liaise with QS Consultants concerning cost related matters throughout all stages of the project
• Liaise with relevant parties on amendments, variations, claims, and/or breaches that could have significant impact on project in terms of cost and time

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline with RICS/HKIS professional qualifications preferred
• Minimum of 10 years post-graduate work experience
• Experience in luxury retail or large-scale mixed-use development projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to compliment your technical knowledge
