ABOUT THE ROLE
- As a team leader, will be responsible for development of the team and accountable for meeting the delivery targets set by management.
- Accountable for ensuring that delivery is within and better than prescribed targets and establishing processes for continuous service improvement.
- Responsible to ensure adherence to Computer Validation principles & practices in order to improve the consistency of approach across systems and geographies.
- Should be able to envisage opportunities for process improvements and waste elimination and get them implemented by the team.
- Responsible to ensure all deliverables by the support team are as per prescribed process and any non-compliance is identified and remediated within required timeframe.
- Responsible to ensure that the QCS monthly reports are sent on time.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience of supporting SAP application as Quality Assurance representative.
- Exposure to define and maintain SOPs and quality standards.
- Detailed understanding of SOX and the implications for an SAP services environment.
- Must have significant experience of working in a multi partner scenario and a cross- culture environment.
- In-depth Knowledge of GxP regulatory guidelines.
- Knowledge on IS/IT S404 SOX and FCF controls.
- Wide-ranging external audit & compliance expertise.
- Knowledge of structured project delivery methodologies.
- Experience of working in Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies.
- Experience of Implementing, deploying and operating global processes and tools.
- Must have good knowledge of Release Management, Incident Management and Problem Management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in English. Excellent spoken and written skills.
- A good team leader with proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to guide and mentor team members.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Able to grasp and understand new technological trends / concepts.
- Experience working in a globally distributed team.
- Supported Wide-ranging regulatory audits.
- Self-motivated, quick learner and admirable team player.
