Responsibilities

• To assist the CEO / Director on a daily basis in carrying out objectives, using effective sales and marketing techniques
• Develop new markets and clients
• Develop creative and cost-effective plans to meet client objectives
• Make sales presentations, prepare proposals in conjunction with other members of the sales and sales support team and follow through to closure sale
• Monitor market trend and review the business performance to determine effectiveness

 Qualification    

• 15 years experiences in sweater business and have 10 years in managerial position
• Capable to bring in new clients
• Experience in Europe or Southern America market is highly preferable
• Strong business acumen to enable the development of business relationship
• Strong analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership to strengthen merchandising colleagues to develop the plans to meet clients’ objective
• Aggressive, independent and able to work under high pressure
• University graduated or above in Sales & Marketing Textiles or related disciplines
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Frequent traveling is required
• Less experience will be considered as Sales and Marketing Manager
