YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Manager of Search Marketing, are to: 

• Implement a division wide framework for media planning, activation, and optimization of our Search investment;
• Manage efficiently our +$40MM to deliver profitable returns and bottom line impact;
• Expand practice to include management of both Retail Media / e-comm for Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.;
• Manage +$40MM budget to deliver profitable returns;
• Leverage insights from Search keywords and audience data to drive holistic planning;
• Lead integration of Canadian Search into NA Media Hub;
• Collaborate with media strategy and channel leads to ensure media spend is maximized;
• Develop and implement optimization strategy to increase efficiency and maximize coverage across all channels;
• Explore and evaluate relevant beta opportunities, new features and technology to advance performance;
• Provide Planning and Buying support for Consumer Accelerator and Rx to OTC;
• Advance performance through optimization of Search tech stack;
• Serve as a KOL identifying emerging opportunities in Programmatic and Social to keeps BCH ahead of the industry.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least eight years' experience in Digital Marketing, Media, and/or  Advertising;
• At least six years of Search Marketing experience;
