Responsibility:

• Responsible for development planning and team management, collaborate with stakeholders
• Responsible for requirement analysis and task assignment, ensure the project schedule and on-time delivery
• Complete the development regulations and process/performance management, provide guidance/training to team members
• Responsible for the development of core modules and algorithms, clear up the obstacles for the team
• Manage the knowledge database and skill kits for the department

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in IT industry, experience as a technical manager is a plus
• Strong knowledge and experience in several information technology areas including CAD, BIM, WebGL/Shader and SQLite
• Strong experience and knowledge on Cloud architectures and platforms - AliCloud, MS Azure, AWS, etc. is an advantage
• Good understanding of Agile and DevOps practice
• Good knowledge and experience on several programming languages such as NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• Good at logical analysis, high sense of new technology trends, a quick learner
• Strong communication skills, nice collaboration between teams, competent in English work environment
