IT STRATEGY
•Ensure strategy execution according to Global IT strategy and ensure that all targets are up to date and KPIs are met.
•Support strategy development and discuss with the senior leadership team
•Update IT strategy objectives if necessary
•Keep ITM China aware on progress of strategy roll out and engaged through regular communication and actions (e.g. newsletter and keep the fire alive initiatives)
•Enforcement of IT outsourcing policies.
IT GOVERANANCE
•Based on IT Strategy, keep updating the data and process with developments in related sectors
•Analyse trends across the marketplace, the impact of competition and shifts in end user needs.
•Enhance strategies capable of managing the threats and opportunities that such developments represent.
•Collarboarte with senior IT management team to make sure the IT goernance is well implemtned
AD HOC SUPPORT
•Provide ad-hoc support to Director of ITM China (CIO) for strategy related topics.
CONSULTING
•Support and manage strategic projects / initiatives in ITM China and globally.
•Ensure that the Senior Management is fully informed about the implications of research and monitoring via different ways of communication (e.g. Business intelligence report)
EVENT MANAGEMENT
•Oversee and coordinate events of strategic importance
