Responsibilities: -

• Take lead to recommend and review technology selection, system designs and architecture
• Develop, maintain and enforce strategic enterprise architecture standards and policies that govern the use of IT across Cloud and Cloud Services, Server, Network, Databases, ERP and Line of Business applications
• POC verification, design and delivery of IT solutions in line with the enterprise architecture standards and policies
• Review integration among systems and identify opportunities for further improvement
• Plan, execute and advise the integration of new applications into existing systems and software
• Facilitate new application and new software integration into the organization systems to meet functional requirements, system compliance and other specifications
• Review, improve and standardize data architecture
• Responsible for the development and implementation of data analytics platform (e.g. SAP BW, Qlik, etc.) and ensure smooth successful project implementation by working closely with both internal IT teams and external parties
• Conduct feasibility studies, systems/infrastructure/database design and evaluation and assist supervisor to liaise with different parties
• Implement IT solutions to meet user requirements and company strategic directions
• Prepare business cases proactively and recommend innovative IT solutions to address business needs and improve business process efficiency
• Take up ad-hoc projects according to IT strategy

Requirements: -

• Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT and 3 years’ experience in implementing/maintaining SAP, SRM or CRM systems is highly preferable
• SAP Certification in any one of SAP HANA or C/4HANA experience will be an advantage
• Experience in IT application system implementation and maintenance
• Up-to-date understanding of new technologies available in the market (e.g. AI, RPA Application, Big Data or Mobile App)
• Able to translate business requirements into streamlined workflow and thus effective application systems
• Experience in FMCG, Industry 4.0, MES, CRM, SRM and SAP will be an advantage
• Demonstrate creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets
• Able to present complex topics to senior management
• Strong in project and vendor management
• Strong in teamwork, problem solving, result-oriented, analytical mindset, planning and organizing
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, a quick learner
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Uphold high ethical standards
• Proficient in Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Willing to travel
