Our client, a prestigious property investment company (landlord) is urgently looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Engineering to join their dynamic for the high-end residential and Grade-A commercial portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall property maintenance and engineering and up-keep for the company's high end residential and grade A commercial portfolio
• Lead and supervise the in-house technical team, maintenance contractors and external service vendors on a regular basis
• Schedule maintenance plan and administer policy procedures
• Compile related documents and record keeping, compliance control systems and ensure the team members to follow the same guidelines
• Plan and carry out preventative inspections to the company provisions and arrange upgrading/ improvement works
• Audit and administer out-sourced contractors and suppliers to ensure safety and quality are delivered
• Arrange tenders/contracts, monitor and follow up the progress and workmanship of reinstatement, improvement works
• Attend all emergencies and react on a timely basis
• Communicate with Governmental departments when required
• Prepare annual budget, including contract service expenses, preventative maintenance costs, energy management expenses, repairing cost, improvement and capital items

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder of Engineering, a qualified Chartered Engineer is required
• With relevant professional qualification in HKIE in building services/ electricity will be an advantage
• Familiar with VRV system/central chiller plant is highly recommended
• At least 15 years experience and 7 years or above in managerial grade is preferred
• With Hotel engineering/ facility management experience is a plus
• Strong technical background is highly recommended
• Well versed with building management and maintenance, such as Building Services Ordinance, Security and Guarding Laws etc
• Self-motivated, proactive with positive thinking mentality
