POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is mainly responsible for Alibaba channel sales/EBIT that accounts for 70% of total PVH e-Commerce business (both CK and TH).

This role will be responsible for defining and leading our e-Commerce strategy and execution. We’re looking for someone who are expert in online channels including marketplace and Own Online Channels. He or she should perform well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with proven project management skills. He/she must be goal oriented with attention on details, passionate about growth and show leadership influence.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Build sales plan and deliver the sales/EBIT targets
  • Deliver e-Commerce KPIs including but not limited to traffic, conversion and ATV
  • Oversee store operation to ensure we provide customer friendly journey during campaigns and in daily operations
  • Manage campaigns end to end to ensure we deliver sales target and provide excellent customer experience
  • Manage online traffic (free and paid) to deliver business targets including but not limited to ROI, New Customer recruitment, repeat purchase rate, etc.
  • Develop strategic co-operation with online marketplaces to maximize sales opportunities
  • Key contact person with Platforms, drive better communication and in-depth cooperation with Platforms
  • Collaborate with Merchandising team to develop online product strategy to grow the e-Commerce business robustly
  • Work closely and influence Marketing team to make sure we have the right e-Commerce Marketing Calendar that support growth of e-Commerce traffic/sales
  • Business analysis and reporting
  • Discover market trends and new opportunities and leading change for better
  • Coach team members and influence key stakeholders to be agile and do right things for e-Commerce business

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:


Internal: merchandise team, marketing team, retail team, IT, finance, logistic team

External: 3rd party platforms, TP, service vendors, etc.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct: 1 Store Manager CK, 1 Store Manager TH

In-Direct: Baozun Brand Manager, Baozun Operation Team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with e-Commerce, background from International Retail, Fashion or Lifestyle Brand preferable
  • Experience in managing e-Commerce business with all rounded knowledge such as platform knowhow, merchandising, promotion, customer experience, etc.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of e-Commerce trends and best practices
  • Experience in Omni channel is an advantage

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Education: Bachelor degree
