Job Summary Manage high priority Treasury projects including capital planning, working capital, and strategic projects to improve Treasury performance and capabilities. Drive project implementation. Generate ideas and solutions on Treasury topics including cash flow, working capital, risk management, technology, compliance, and talent development. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver results on cash flow performance, productivity, cost reduction, and other strategic initiatives. Job Responsibilities Drive implementation globally of Treasury initiatives to improve working capital, capital planning, and operational excellence/compliance. Work with Director Treasury Initiatives to track progress on KSIs, prioritize activities, and ensure yearly department goals are achieved. Develop project management and strategic/financial analysis skills of analysts in Treasury. Assist in managing cross functional projects that drive the goals of the organization (i.e. partner with EHS, SCM, other). Achieve buy-in on solutions across Treasury team, peer departments (Tax, GFA, and IT), and Treasury and Finance senior management. Identify opportunities to adopt best practices, minimize risks, and manage out of pocket costs in project implementations. Research and recommend solutions to topical Treasury initiatives (such as working capital improvements, cash forecasting, bank connectivity, etc.). Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred. Years and area of experience required: 10+ years’ experience. Technical knowledge: Strong finance, cash flow, capital planning, working capital management, and project management; Treasury banking structures, risk management, and systems a plus. Soft skills: Strong analytical, reasoning, organization and problem-solving skills. Must have strong written, verbal and communication skills. Requires the ability to be flexible, adaptable, and to deal with ambiguity and change. Ability to summarize issues succinctly and present recommendation to senior management.
