1. Market know how and approach
Analyse market size, players, product requirements, priorities and access to stake holders of prioritized players (OEM) and derive acquisition plan.
2. Acquisition
Present product portfolio, USPs, process steps to key stake holders as well as to relevant decision making people at OEMs. Generate application projects based on volume and requirements. 30%
3. Project management
Define timeline and targets for the different application projects involving all relevant departments in China as well as in Germany. Track the project progress via the sales gates logic. Balance capacities and support if progress in not according to target. Negotiate all necessary contracts along the sales gates, plan and operationalize required support from Germany.
4. Internal processes and reporting
Provide required reports according to planning cycles as well as for other meetings.
Provide feedback into process development based on continuous improvement process.
Adapt and align processes to Chinese business habits is needed.
5. Management
The management, motivation and development of staff using target agreements and performance appraisals, founded on our mission statement & corporate values, and provision of purposeful internal communications in order to achieve the agreed objectives.
Ensuring that the necessary training appropriate to the needs of individual employees and the tasks assigned to them is provided.
Informing subordinated employees about the relevant provisions and instructing them to comply with the provisions. Ensuring that they are implemented properly.
