• As Product Owner, deliver and identify customer pain points and enhance customer journey
• Work with different stakeholders and establish relationship in any product related engagement.
• Formulate value propositions of business initiatives. Translate business requirements into product requirement/ user stories.
• Understand user mindset and behavior to deliver frictionless and relevant payment experience to customers.
• Manage partner and customer relationship in any product related engagement.
• Understand, define and track product performance metric. Continue provide feedback to improve customer experience and performance

Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English
• Embrace technology and passionate in Fintech
• Adopt the change mindset and familiar with customer journey of retail banking
