Job Responsibilities:
•Team management:
-Manage, motivate and develop team members, to achieve the agreed objectives.
-Provide necessary training/coaching appropriate to the needs of individual and assign the tasks to build up relevant competences.
•Business Consulting:
-Develop and adjust wholesales strategy and customized roadmap, and alignment with overall product/service roadmap
•Implementation, Deployment and Program Management:
-Program leadership and management for the implementation, deployment, rollout of all strategic IT solutions.
-Manage resources in a highly professional, transparent and efficient way.
-Manage strategic IT vendors and consultants.
•Budget Controlling:
-Budget planning and IT controlling for all the supported legal entities.
-Manage costs and contracts from both internal and external suppliers.
-Ensure ongoing budget transparency, manage and control the spending to be in line with the planned budget.
•Compliance:
-Be compliant with relevant company processes for IT controls.
-Provide constructive ideas and suggestions to business users for business process controls
