Siemens Financial Services (SFS) team is looking for a Senior Manager (f/m/d) Data Solutions & Digital Transformation to support SFS in its transformation journey towards a innovative, user friendly and cost efficient platform eco system. You will work within the Business Analytics and Intelligence team in the headquarters, taking responsibility within a SFS wide program while having multiple interfaces to the business units, functions and SFS IT to ensure their needs are reflected. What part will you play? Drive and manage digitalization projects together with the Business and IT teams and take responsibility as a Project or Workstream Lead Conduct requirements engineering for (Advanced) Analytic Use Cases together with various stakeholders and derive jointly with SFS IT appropriate solution designs to ensure business requirements are covered with the implemented solution Establish Test Frameworks and act as a Test Manageer within complex Project environments Drive the awareness around Platform governance and drive future data process to a more consistent and regulatory compliant utilization of data within the platform eco system Enforce business enabling data governance in order to improve data usability and understanding in the global SFS organization by setting up necessary processes and organizational frameworks Support the implementation and further evolution of the SFS Data Strategy by defining measurable success criteria and KPIs Conduct stakeholder analysis, prepare communication and training concepts to establish proper knowledge management and enablement with the SFS Data CommunityWhat you need to make real what matters.
