Position Description: The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence will play a lead role in discovering and providing data insights, analytical support, forecasting, business understanding, and a strategic perspective in improving the decision-making process both inter-departmentally as well as cross-functionally within the organization. The successful candidate should be the subject matter expert for data management, analytics and ETL. In collaboration with the business and data analysts, this role ensures provides the business intelligence and insights in supporting Lenovo’s Online sales/service growth and business operation optimization. #### Position Requirements: Senior Manager, Business Intelligence The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence will play a lead role in discovering and providing data insights, analytical support, forecasting, business understanding, and a strategic perspective in improving the decision-making process both inter-departmentally as well as cross-functionally within the organization. The successful candidate should be the subject matter expert for data management, analytics and ETL. In collaboration with the business and data analysts, this role ensures provides the business intelligence and insights in supporting Lenovo’s Online sales/service growth and business operation optimization. Responsibilities: • Acute business sense and ability to carry out business process/issue analysis and explore solution through data • Collaborate with business to lead and drive the business insight and intelligence of our Online sales and service and seek opportunities to optimize business operation • Lead training and mentoring across the business and IT to drive self-service analytic capabilities • Discover and create data models using Qliksense to solve business issues • Create reports and combine data sets from multiple systems to create flexible data view and insight of data • KPI metric reporting to support sales and service goal • Partner with IT and the Commercial Sales Analysts to ensure data alignment and accuracy • Expand the application of data to improve business performance using big data and AI technologies • Additional tasks as required by supervision or management.
